Entrepreneurship in the home services industry began for me in 2001 when I decided to become a Professional Organizer. Sifting through clutter, creating space and clearing the air in my clients home has been my passion. I love creating organizing systems that work for the needs of my clients.

Organizing has branched off in several facets of additional services for the home & gatherings. Prior to organizing, I gained experience in the hospitality industry, which gave me the power to learn food and beverage, planning for parties, weddings, business meetings and intimate gatherings.

When I started up Nancy’s Concierge Services in Venice, Florida, my decision to be the one stop shop for home services came when I was burned many times by service providers who I trusted, then led to disappointment. I have created a safe and trustworthy business that you will get real answers from and solid referrals to assist when you need it. I started this business because I have been taking care of homes since I was a child. I didn’t have a career before watching homes, watching homes has been my career.

My team of professionals bring their own dynamic style and personality which allow us to be versatile to meet all our unique requests.

Our Home Services Include:

Home Watch: Our 28-point visual inspection covers watching over your home and property while you cannot be there. If mold, broken air conditioner or small leak can lead to thousands of dollars, insurance claims, frustrations and stress. We watch over your home, so it remains as safe as you left.

Home Management: Includes the same as above, in addition we manage your home needs by accepting deliveries, clean, call and follow up for repairs, manage a project and pretty much anything you need in order to run a safe household when you cannot be present.

Home Organization: Are you overwhelmed with too much stuff and don’t know where to begin to declutter? We definitely have you on this one! My team is great with clean outs of garages, closets, kitchens, offices, bedrooms, vehicles, hobby rooms, bathrooms and time management. No matter who you are, we all get 24 hours a day, how you spend it is up to you. Let Nancy help with time management by creating processes for you. Being late will be a thing of the PAST.
