What’s included in a general house cleaning?
Our Signature Sparkle Service includes full dusting, surface disinfecting, floor cleaning, bed making, bathroom and kitchen sanitizing, appliance wiping, and tidying. We’ll even take care of your lanai and trash!
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
Nope — we come fully prepared with everything needed to get the job done. If you prefer specific products, we’re happy to use them upon request.
Can I schedule recurring cleanings?
Absolutely. We can set up weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings based on your schedule. Once you’re on our rotation, there’s no need to call us each time — we show up as scheduled!
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not at all. Many clients choose to be out or at work. You can provide us with entry instructions and we’ll handle the rest — securely and professionally.
How should I prepare for a cleaning?
We recommend straightening up (put items back in their place) before we arrive — it helps us clean more efficiently and saves you time and money.
Home & Business Organization
What areas do you organize?
We organize everything from closets and kitchens to garages, home offices, and small business workspaces. If it’s cluttered, we can help.
Do I have to get rid of a lot of stuff?
Only what you’re ready to let go of. We work with you at your pace, preserving memories while helping you create a safer, more functional environment.
I’m overwhelmed — how do I even start?
That’s exactly why we’re here. We break large projects into smaller, manageable steps so you can see visible progress fast — and stay motivated.
Can you help with supplies and systems?
Absolutely! We can recommend or purchase bins, shelves, and storage solutions that fit your space and style. We also work with local vendors for custom installs.
Can I get organizing help more than once?
Yes! Many clients have us back seasonally or when moving, remodeling, or reorganizing their lives or businesses.
Home Watch
What’s included in a home watch visit?
We inspect your property inside and out, check locks, breakers, water valves, A/C and appliances, look for leaks or pests, and confirm that all vendor services (like lawn or pool care) are being completed.
How often do you visit the home?
Most clients schedule weekly or biweekly visits, but we can customize based on your needs, insurance requirements, or time away from home.
Are your inspectors background-checked?
Yes! All of our team members are insured, vetted, and background-checked for your peace of mind.
What happens if there’s an emergency?
You’ll be contacted immediately, and we’ll take care of coordinating with vendors, contractors, or emergency services based on your instructions.
Do I get updates after each visit?
Yes. We send reports, photos, and/or text updates so you always know your home is in good hands.
Estate Management
How is Estate Management different from Home Watch?
Estate management includes everything in Home Watch — plus vendor oversight, stocking supplies, preparation for arrivals, and more hands-on coordination and caretaking.
Do you oversee vendors and contractors?
Yes. We confirm scheduling, supervise work, and ensure vendors complete services as expected.
Can you get the home ready before I return?
Definitely. We can clean, stock groceries, adjust lighting and HVAC, and make your home feel “lived-in” before your arrival.
Do you work with real estate professionals?
We do. Whether you’re staging a home for sale, preparing for showings, or managing a rental property, we collaborate with realtors, stagers, and property managers.
Is every plan customized?
Yes — no two homes or clients are the same. We tailor every estate management package to fit your home, lifestyle, and needs.
Concierge Services
What types of tasks can you help with?
We offer delivery and pickup assistance, appointment coordination, vendor scheduling, grocery runs, home stocking, and more. If it helps your life run smoother, we’re on it.
Do you offer personal shopping or errands?
Yes! From pharmacy pickups to home decor or event prep errands, we’re happy to take care of your to-do list.
Can you coordinate home deliveries or installations?
Absolutely. We can be your on-site point of contact and ensure everything is completed correctly.
Do you assist with seasonal home setup or closings?
Yes — we help with setup, stocking, outdoor prep, and even packing or storage coordination when closing for the season.
How much notice do you need for scheduling?
We recommend 48–72 hours when possible, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate urgent needs.
